At KeyClick ("the App"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our macOS application.

1. Information Collection

We do not collect or store any personal data such as your name, email address, or physical address. We do not log, record, or transmit any information about your keystrokes or typing patterns despite requiring Accessibility permissions.

2. Keyboard Monitoring & Accessibility

The App requires macOS Accessibility permissions to detect keyboard events and play sounds accordingly. All keyboard event processing happens entirely on your device in real-time. We do not store or transmit any keystroke data.

3. Local Data Storage

Your preferences (volume, selected sound profile, etc.) are stored locally on your device using standard macOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not shared with any third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services. The only third-party service involved is:

• Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's StoreKit framework to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed by Apple; we do not have access to or store your payment information.

5. Data Security

Since all data remains on your device and we do not collect or transmit any personal information, your data is protected by the standard security protocols of the macOS operating system.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
